Below is the second video for our study of World War I. (4th period, this is for Thursday, go watch the video in the last post for the Block Day!!!) This will explore the nature of the conflict and what makes it a "world" war. You might find it useful to also read pages 887-890. Keep working on the pre-war timeline if you need to. We will have a short quiz on this at the beginning of class on Thursday. Bring any questions you may have.
Voluntary AP Exam study sessions begin Thursday. Morning session 7:20-8:00, afternoon session 3:20-4:00. Both sessions will be the same.
As we begin studying World War I, watch the video and take notes to better understand what long term issues led to the outbreak of the war. It's a little long, I highly recommend taking a break partway through. We will have a quiz at the beginning of class on the Block Day.
Ignore any references to days of the week, or mentions of the timeline, which we will begin tomorrow in class. Bring any questions you've got to class!
