Read pages 412-416 and answer the following:

#5. What was the humanist view of the proper role of education? What was the role of the classics in such an education?
#6. Discuss the dominant ideas and themes in The Prince.
#7. What is secularism? Did it conflict with the Christian beliefs of Renaissance figures?
